One year subscription entitles you to 24 summarized books which arrive once a month for the duration of your subscription. Monthly summaries arrive the last week of the current month or the first week of the next month.

Your first issue arrives in the mail within 3 weeks of placing the order.

Bonus gifts usually take 6-8 weeks to arrive from the time the subscription is paid in full.

e-Transcripts are sent to you via email. Every month you will receive an email with a direct link to our web site where you will find the PDF files for your summary transcripts.

Emails arrive during the middle of the month. Also, once you receive your email, your CDs/Tapes will arrive in the mail within the next two weeks.

In order to open our e-Transcrips, you need to install Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can download a FREE copy of the software from www.acrobat.com.

There are two easy ways of saving transcripts to your hard drive.

Using your mouse, right-click on the "Download Now" link. A drop down menu will appear in which you select "Save Target As." You will then be prompted for a location to save your e-transcript.

Using your mouse, left-click on the "Download Now" link. Adobe Acrobat Reader will automatically start and display the summary. Once there, on the upper left-hand corner you will find a small floppy disk. Click on the disk and you will then be prompted for a location to save your e-transcript.

If you are using a Mac, when you click on the "Download Now" link, the e-transcript is automatically downloaded to your desktop.

If your subscription to Audio-Tech Business Book Summaries is in MP3 format, you will be able to access and download the audio MP3 files via your Online Library.

Trends subscribers can download MP3s for their monthly issues. The link can be found in the monthly download page.

Due to spam, some companies filter all incoming email. It is possible that the spam filter might have mistaken us for spam and prevented you from receiving our email. If that is the case, you can call your IT department and inform them of your situation. When you do, tell them that you would like emails from the following servers to NOT be filtered out:

Once you have done that, you can email us or call us and we can go ahead and resend you the email.

You can log in to your account by going to "Subscription Services". There you can update your address, email address and other contact and shipping information.

You can pay or renew your subscription by going to "Subscription Services". There you can log in by using your username or email and password. You can also log in by using an invoice number.

You can log in to "Subscription Services" and check out the status of all your subscriptions.

Special orders usually take 7-10 days to arrive.

After you place the order, a download link will be displayed in the confirmation page. Also, the link will be provided in the confirmation email.
